OK most people pulled out of this event for what ever reason so we were pulled as vendors , but myself and my partner ( Red Empress ) made the 5 Hour road trip down to Mackay on Saturday morning to meet Nix666 & Tachyon to do the troop anyway and represent the Legion, in a bid to make the smaller places in Queensland aware of our existence. Hopefully meaning more troops in the North!! Red Empress gave her Costume a trial run in an unofficial capacity being it was a comic con.It was Nix666 first outing as a new member and did a great job. Special thanks to Tachyon for coming up to wrangle for us too. We had a great 2 days lots of photos, made the 7 news and got in the local papers a few times. But the best thing about the trip was meeting a few new members of the Garrison and being made so very welcome!!!
