Tunes For Tumours - Rayvn - Wednesday 24-Feb-2016 Date: 20th February Venue:Ashgrove Time: 6:30 Mission: support charity fundraiser for Peace of Mind Foundation Trooper Attendance: RBG: TKID and username/costume Bolt_2112 MrD MyKill Scotty33 Rayvn Support Crew / Guest Trooper Attendance: Spooky Rubber Details: Tunes for Tumours was a full weekend hosted by Hand up Creatives to raise money for Peace of mind Foundation http://www.peaceofmindfoundation.org.au/ . Friday night was a performance night which I supported by performing. Saturday was the Mad Hatters Tea Party, Bingo and Art Show. Troopers were requested for the art show and did an awesome effort. Some of the troopers came straight from a big day at Pink Stumps with two coming from Toowoomba. Although the expected numbers for the event did not turn up, it was still a fun event and we bought many smiles to guests. Young Kylo Ren arrived and regaled us with his superior knowledge of Star Wars ( pictured). I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the troopers who attended. The organisers of the event where stoked and appreciated you coming. I myself appreciated you all for supporting as this cause is close to my heart. Cancer is an insidious disease that touches many of us in some form. Update: For those interested, the weekend activities, entry, raffles and donations raised $1300.
