Trooper Attendance:#4881-Hopfot-TK #7622-The Sniper-DZ #1535-TD-1535-501st CT #3212-Tirilia-TK #2620-crypto-TK Jedi Tai Guest Trooper Attendance:Nil Support Crew:#4423-TK-Tex Cadet Cutter Detail:Troopers arrived early to the store, made introductions to the staff and were shown to the lunch room that was made available to them for changing. After everyone was geared up we were told it was time to go out front as the jawas were arriving on mass. Troopers mingled through the crowd insuring the jawas were having fun, soon it was time to go out front of the store for a few pictures, well as you know a few turned to hundreds. Troopers retired to the lunch room for a short break and to wait for the second wave of jawas that would arrive soon. Being her first troop, Tirilia was having a blast, Cutter was doing a brilliant job wrangling and juggling the many cameras that where thrust at him. Jedi Tai was slowing stealing the show from the troopers as jawas, parents and TRU staff were wanting pictures with the pint size Jedi. Wave two had arrived and it was time to go back out front. Many pictures ,high fives and hugs were taken, given and got. Soon the order was given to return to the change room where troopers declared that it was a job well done. Injuries:Tirilia became all too aware of the dredded "armour kiss". Malfunctions:Someone's webbing played up again. Public Incidents:Nil Mission Status:Complete success. Big congrats to Liz on a successful first troop. Big congrats to Jarrod on wrangling duties. Jedi Tai was a good boy and made his dad proud. Photos:A few pics till the rest are loaded. RE: TRU Mt Gravatt - The Scotsman - Sunday 4-Apr-2010 Good stuff. Well done. His saber looks a little large. tell you what though, I'll start work today on a custom scaled saber just for him.. OK, All done.. It's his if he wants it.. Can't really see the scale there, but it's smaller than usual... RE: TRU Mt Gravatt - Goose - Sunday 4-Apr-2010 Well done all, hopefully TRU raise some good funds from this for charity! But...Who's the trooper on the right of the photo? It seems that their upper armour is totally seperating, doesn't seem to be held together? I just saw that too. Whoever it is needs to redo their shoulder straps...they should be up alot higher and tighter to the body RE: TRU Mt Gravatt - seantrooper - Sunday 4-Apr-2010 nice work guys ! sounds like you had a blast RE: TRU Mt Gravatt - TK-TEX - Sunday 4-Apr-2010 Great report Crypto. The problems isn't the webbing, it's that his shoulders don't fit into AP bells. We are in the process of re-shaping the bells to accommodate the bigger shoulders. Till we do that it won't ever sit right. RE: TRU Mt Gravatt - muppet - Sunday 4-Apr-2010 Photo link for those that cant find it What are you looking at,haven't you seen a Sandperson before! RE: TRU Mt Gravatt - The Scotsman - Sunday 4-Apr-2010 Ladies and Gents, this is your "A typical" Armour Kiss. Welcome to the Empire, Tirilia. |
