Not really the short answer.
Disney have spent a lot of money to purchase LFL and the Star Wars brand. With the opening of the newly themed Star Wars lands the understandable keen to have a tight reign on their IP.
The actual short answer is this event got too big and awesome, which plonked us fair onto their radar. We just became too good. This came directly from Disney in a phone call to me. Damn us for being so awesome!
At least you'll be at the biggest and best dw we will have.
