Townsville Wharf 10 Opening

Mission:To establish Imperial presence at the new facility and ensure order is maintained and bring a few smiles

Details:
All troopers and personel reported to a designated shuttle zone at 10:30am. From there we boarded the battle-hardened troop transport and made our journey to the new Wharf 10 opening.

After passing the security gate and making our way to the facility we entered the armoury room to suit up. As we emerged to greet the local inhabitants there was much excitement from younglings and older folk. The people posed for many photos with some of the Empires finest and raised many funds for a local charity. The attention was never-ending and was great to see the smiles and support for the Empire attending the new building. Meeting local radio celebraties,stall holders and even a Cadet.

After some long presance we returned to the room to de-armour and for some well earned R&R we ventured out with our Legion attire and casuals, along with our Helmets to take photos and enjoy the Military displays. The Defence Force loved it.

After a long and enjoyable day,we awaited the Transport to take us back to the assembly point and from there we took our personal transports back to quarters.

Charity Funds Raised: $235 raised

Injuries / Malfunctions:TKC had some handplates off but otherwise all good

Public Incidents: Nil

Mission Status: Success

Got a total back from the port with the money raised, ended up being MUCH higher than what we originally thought. We ended up raising $235!!
