I have finally made the first step in joining the 501st Garrison family. Some of you may already have met my other half "Ratchet". I first became interested in the 501st when I spotted your stand at Gold Coast Supanova 2012.

I am keen to start on my Admiral Daala costume. Any advice?

All depends on if you have a preference for the Flight Suit or the Olive Drab Version. If it's the olive drab version I'd recommend signing up to the Imperial Officer Forum as well (http://www.imperialofficer.com). CosPlaySky is a good cheap option, although I'd recommend purchasing some extra material from them and having the cap made locally as theirs is not very accurate. If you have a look at the latest vodcast issue on the home page there is a segment on the officer showing some of the other items you'll need.

So pleased to see you hear on the forums with Ratchett, he was a workhorse at Brisnova, great to keep the trooping in the family.

Whilst I don't know your character choice too well we have a fair few female Imperial Officers, so if we can help in anyway please ask. Looks like the guys have given you some great advice already.
