Sydney Armageddon 2011

Detail: After getting up several hours before the break of dawn to catch an extremely early flight to Sydney, I arrived at the Dome just before opening time to the public. I was warmly welcomed by our southern brethern and sisters. Having not brought a costume with me, i proceeded to wrangle/photograph and man the SCG table for the day. I came across a cool costume that I immediately recognised as the same maker of Tirlia's Jedi.
Many pics were taken,many cards were handed out and before long it was time to retire back to my accomodation, Trooper Dyls house,and were many ales were downed. This is also gave me the chance to pick up my new costume.
The next morning i was awoken by 2 small local felines

After a hearty breakfast it was time to head back into the Dome, and christen the new costume

1 of the Star Wars guests in attendance was Peter Sumner. I presented Peter with a Redback Garrison coin and pin. He was thrilled to receive these and he signed a few of his cards, which i have and will hand out to those interested.

Also managed a pic with some other celebs there


Soon it was time to pack up, and say my goodbyes.
Thankyou to the SCG for allowing me to troop with them.

The next 1 is this weekend with the Penquins just kidding which makes it a bit late to plan.

Following on from that is Hobart Geddon, June 11/12th. Tanya and myself have already booked flights and accomodation, (we love Tassie,its such a beautiful place) We're stayin at the Wrest Point Casino, and that is were Geddon is held. I believe Beanie is going and possibly Tachyon
