Mission: Celebrate Christmas with these special kids and their families. To help to bring a smile and some joy to all.

Detail: After doing some troops for them in the past the Leukaemia Foundation requested our presents at their annual Christmas party held at the patient units at Coopers Plains.
On the morning of the troop, Glitch’s troop transport and Deimos were called away on a more urgent mission, after swapping transports with Mrs Chief, Apok, Glitch and I made our way to the troop with the best of the 90’s blasting from the speakers.
With the help of Apok’s navigation we found the place with no dramas, we unpacked the transport and made our way inside and meet one the staff at the residence who showed us to the best change area any of us have seen.(see pics below)

While walking from one end of the change area to the other we lost track time as it was already time to armour up and make an appearance. As we walked through the door the surprised looks on people faces were priceless and you could tell some people thought they were dreaming, we set ourselves off to the side of the room so people could get some good photos, after 30 mins of pictures and questions one of the staff members let us know another trooper had arrived it was Stormraven and he came bearing gifts of Jedi robes and Sabres for the second round of pictures.
Lunch was served and all pictures were taken even a staff group shot we returned to the change room to de-armour where we were meet at the lift door by a fully armoured and disappointed Phoenix who had arrived from the earlier wonder factory troop.
We all changed out of our armour and headed back downstairs to have lunch that was provided for us and we were also in time to see Santa arrive and hand out gifts to the kids which was the perfect end to a great troop.
