Hey guys, if you have a spare couple of hours, check this YouTube video out.
This has some really cool techniques for forming odd shapes. I applied some tonight to my Pred Bio

Normally I would have layered flat foam and shaped it with the dremil (sanding drum). This way I get the shape I want and get to keep the original surface finish.
