Details:
Friday afternoon saw a small contingent drop off some kits and props. We surveyed our assigned area and came up with a plan of attack. Instead of cramming into a room for the weekend, we decided to take advantage of having our setup on the corner of 2 walkways, where we could best attract attention and meet the attendees during the event.
Darth Temptress was a machine on the tables during the weekend. Many thanks to her for being awesome, along with all those who did some time at the tables.
A nice addition was a small LED lightboard, which most of added a little personal touch on.
Many Troopers stood guard at our stands over the weekend, posing for photo's and greeting the crowd.
A couple of group shots from the weekend.
The Rebel Legion was represented and trooped exceedingly well over the weekend, including Jedi Fabio. Many thanks Rebels. You were a great addition to the event.
DarkFather did a stellar job keeping them at hand though. Lucky I grabbed this pic in time............the aftermath was not a pretty picture......well it was from an Empire point of view but not suitable for everyone to see.
As usual, the Scouts were keeping a close eye on surroundings, mapping out a plan of attack, plotting a path through the trees. Jango made sure they didn't lose their heads though.
A classic shot from the movie recreated by the Emperor and Maul, with a slight variable on the seat. I hope they both live long and prosper.
It seems Maul found another chair to rule from.
Darth may have something to say aboot that though.
It didn't take long for the Scout's to move in though.
All that work needed some sustenance though. Queue the ice-cream. (See what I did there?)
A nice shot of GaugeRage trying to blend in with his surroundings.
Father and Son Biker Scouts. Keeping a close eye on the event.
Redpaint had something in his sights. I think it was all over for whoever it was.
Mother and Son, with an outstanding portrayal of Jango and Boba.
The Sandtroopers found a few different forms of transport over the weekend. No droids inside any of them though.
They left it to the appropriate crew to drive the thing out of there though.
This vehicle had a tendency to make some noise and squirt water at passers by. I think it was actually a droid in disguise. It had a mind of it's own. I'd Love to know if it had a Bug in it's system.
Beanie found a use for it anyway.
Vader approved of the search that was done.
Wolf was trying to keep his monkey on a short leash during the weekend, making sure there were no eye gauging incidents.
The Sunday saw a first time trooper in Mitch, who is actually from the Maryborough area. Another new Razorbacks member doing a great job. Here posing with GA 1276, who was back for his second FraserPop event. Outstanding work young fella, you were awesome as usual.
The Mini Dub's were out in force this year, striking poses, looking awesome and entertaining the crowds as usual. A first time wrangler, SeventhSister, kept a close eye on proceedings. I hear BigDub is in the process of helping make her a rather exciting costume.
Blizzard Force ..... Represent.
TIE Pilots looking ominous as always.
Fuel was close by for the Troopers and they took advantage of it.
Customary Vader Selfie. Lucky enough to have 2 Vaders over the weekend. This one, Satel.
The local Vader, DarkFather let this Obi-wannabe know who was boss. (Again, see what I did there?)
Vader looking for a way to another Galaxy.
He seemed to settle for a nice little Tea Party, with some Mad Hatters.
There was a celebrity guest at FraserPop this year. Nathan Jones, who played roles in the movies "Troy", "Mad Max", "Boar" and a few others also. He also was a wrestler in the WWE. He dropped by to say hello and get some photo's with us.
A massive man, no lift choke from Vader required, just the choke.
The drawing of the Raffle on the Sunday afternoon. All prize winners were notified and all prizes were collected before we left.
An "Incident" did happen late on the Sunday, to which I am yet to decide if a charge will be filed.
Perhaps just a warning for now.
This sort of trickery has no place in the sugar topping up requirements of Troopers after a full weekend trooping. Teiwaz was most excited at the thought of a chocolate celebration.
Only to be met with what some may consider heresy.
Well played Kelz, Well Played
Finally, some snaps of a very important part of any troop.
The Parmi,
I mean........ the mixer and socialising with good friends.

Mission Status:
Another absolute success. Lots of donations and raffle ticket sales over the weekend. People enjoyed seeing us there. And as far as I know, all the Troopers where happy and had fun over the weekend at our little, relaxed Con.
Many, many thanks to all those who attended and made the trip to make this year a great success. Many traveled long distances to be there, from as far as Airlie Beach up North and all the members from down South near Brisbane. Us local Wide Bay members certainly appreciate it when you all make it to one of our troops.
This was actually the LARGEST EVER gathering of members we have had in our region, so thank you all.
To all those who donated prizes for the raffle, thank you so, so much for your contributions. It was a great lot of prizes thanks to you all.
I really appreciate everything that you all do and it really made this event fantastic. Including shaking the buckets and posing for photo's all weekend.
Thank you again to Diatium and Teiwaz for bringing prop items along, which really added a great area to the troop, along with DarkFather's Gonk.
Hope to see you all and more again next year.
Cheers for being Awesome,
Baytrooper.
