Details:
All arrived shortly after 8, geared up and ready for patrol at 9. Slow start but eventually participants started arriving over the next hour and a half until the walk started at 10:30. Posed for pictures, walked around the grounds, interacted with the public and vendors. Perfect weather. Very relaxed troop and friendly atmosphere. Once the walk began Karl (Richie's Dad) told us they won't be back for a couple hours so we weren't required to stay any longer. Full access to food vendors to help ourselves.
Charity Funds Raised:
Karl made a $1000 donation on our behalf to the Starlight Foundation as we had the 6 troopers in attendance like they requested.
Injuries / Malfunctions:
The odd snap, velcro attachment, and/or accessory came loose periodically, but the team united to prevent the mission from being compromised.
Public Incidents:
Nil
Mission Status:
Success
