Nerf & Kitteh's Wedding Troop Report

Mission: To witness the marriage of Craig and Steph

Trooper Attendance: TK 3868 Reaper, TK 4159 Beanie, TK 6729 Angelman & TK-8995 muppet

Support Crew: ID-6730 Lisa, SL-8996 Tanya and Courtney

Detail: A callout was made to his mighty Lord Vader, requesting the presence of troopers to ensure the marriage of two young loyal subjects proceed without any rebel interference. The merciful and wise Dark Lord was happy to fulfil his loyal subjects request and would select 4 of his finest troopers to attend. But since those 4 weren't available , he settled for the next best thing, Reaper, Beanie, Angleman and muppet.


Arriving in the Rockhampton System the night before the big event, the 4 troopers and accompanying partners thought it would be good for morale, if they were seen interacting with the locals and the couple-to-be-wed. After a meal fit for a Lord, troopers were invited to continue on with the group which we were soon to learn was referred to as a "bucks night" Of course, the troopers politely declined the offer to attend as they had an early start in the morning

The morning of the big day, Capricorn Caves , troopers had to wait for their guide to show them to location of the wedding. The landscape inside the caves provided an ideal location and plenty of coverage should things go south.

Then the bride Stef, appeared , it took all of the troopers training, for them to keep their composure, caused by the beautiful female figure that had entered the Cave Catherdal in a stunning white gown. After a few words and saliva were exchanged between Craig and Stef, they were pronounced husband and wife. The invited guests broke out in cheer, but fortunately for them, they quietened down soon after and they didnt have us troopers to deal with.



The crowd soon dispersed but the troopers job was not over yet. They provided an escort to a new location for more photos


Apon arriving at the second location, named Studio 2 , there was no witnesses, so the troopers were able to let their hair down.

TK-8995 spotted a turntable and soon took control of the beats

Our job was done, with no injury to anyone, troopers departed.

Malfunctions: not really a malfunction but TK-3868 failed to pack 1 pair of protective gloves and will be dealt with accordingly

Here is the "unofficial" report, This was Craig and Stefs day.

On behalf of all the Redbacks, we wish the married couple Craig and Stephanie all the best.

The location of the ceremony, the Cathedral in the Capricorn caves was unbelieveably stunning. Jaw dropping infact. The only thing more beautiful than the location was the bride.
The whole day was perfectly planned and executed and nothing left to chance. Even the weather couldnt have dampened the event, it just added to the atmosphere.
The reception just topped of the day's procedings, all courses of food were delicious and the lollie buffet was a sight to behold and they even had their own personalise hard candy!



Im so glad i was personally able to be there and witness the day.

I hope that us at the 501st table werent too loud, but we all had such a great evening.

great report muppet, and thank you tanya for the lift to the airport and back and also muppet for driving me around and Mike and Lisa and Wayne and Courtney for being great help/troopers to make this Australian first wedding in a cave with stormtroopers just that special.... Steph you looked amazing and craig a true gentlemen. The wedding reception and all the details was so beautifully, by far the best i have ever attended and ive been to a few lately.

Sorry all i missed the gatter so no Beanie Wedding any time soon!

Thank you very much for making the effort to come to our wedding - it was an honour and a dream come true to have the 501st attending. It made our day even more special and unique.

I will post pictures that were taken by our professional photographer when we get them in a week or two.
